The Grand Lodge at Peak 7 is a classic Rocky Mountain lodge reinterpreted for the 21st century. The setting is unique: slopeside at the new Peaks of Breckenridge development, ski-in ski-out, adjacent to the new BreckConnect gondola, the Cucumber Gulch Nature Preserve and the Arapaho National Forest.

The project includes 114 condominium units and a first class array of amenities, including indoor/outdoor aquatics, a full service restaurant, day spa, gaming arcade, indoor, secure parking, valet and shuttle service. The heart of the lodge is the three-story lobby which includes informal seating around a massive stone hearth, owners lounge, concierge, service bar, library, and views to the outdoor pools, ski run, and mountains beyond.

The interiors and furnishings evoke the Craftsman aesthetic, comfortable yet classic, and reflective of Breckenridge's laid-back attitude. The exteriors of stone, timber, and wood are massed to create a landmark building at the base of the Independence chairlift that still respects human scale. The project respects its natural setting with greener design, incorporating elements to conserve water, energy, and material resources where possible, to lessen the environmental footprint and enhance the guest experience.
